I am a full-time student and was struggling with back and neck pain from sitting in various unhealthy positions. Samantha is a skilled instructor and thanks to her I am now pain free. I am Susan Seats, one of  Samantha's Case Study clients. I told her I had pain issues with arthritis especially  in my hip and neck. Samantha was sensitive to my needs. She was both professional and very knowledgeable. She tested my range of motion and then gave me a Yoga and  breath work program that was realistically attainable. She taught me about the important connection between breath and movement of the body. She also sent me articles to offer more clarity. I definitely felt a reduction of pain. I also learned how to use my breath to relieve my anxiety during  a stressful year. Samantha offered me a variety of exercises to choose from. I liked that she gave me new exercises when I felt comfortable with the previous ones. That way I did not feel overwhelmed by learning all of them at once and I was able to pick and choose which exercises felt good and when I wanted to do them. I feel so much better to have this "bag of tools" which I can use anytime. . Samantha is patient, warm and friendly, and comfortable to learn from.  She also walks her talk by doing daily Yoga routines . I would not hesitate to recommend her.

I have a very demanding and stressful job. I was suffering from daily headaches. I started taking yoga therapy classes with Samantha. She tough me the importance of proper breathing. She introduced new breathing techniques, the techniques are fun and easy to practice. She encouraged me to incorporate this techniques to my daily life. I practice my breathing techniques daily. I am now headaches free, Samantha has changed my life. Thank you Samantha for your dedication and hard work.
